"Easy to use, even if I’m usually loyal elsewhere"
I’ve normally stuck with a couple of other stores I trust, so I wasn’t totally sure about ordering from Slam Jam at first. But the site was really easy to use. The filters worked well, checkout was quick, and I found what I wanted without getting sent through a bunch of confusing pages. Kind of annoying because now I might have to add them to my usual rotation.

The tracking was clear the whole way and the package showed up exactly when it said it would. Weirdly, I remember checking it while eating a pickle at the kitchen counter, but yep, no surprises at all.

"Refund showed up faster than I thought"
I had to send my order back because the size just wasn’t right. I was kind of nervous after mailing it off, you know, wondering if it would take forever or get lost in the system or… yeah. They didn’t give the best updates along the way, but the refund hit my account only a few days after they received it. So overall, not totally perfect, but I got my money back quickly and I’m okay with that

"Checkout was more frustrating than it needed to be"
I tried ordering a pair of shoes and the checkout page kept loading forever. My payment failed twice with no real explanation, so I had to keep re-entering my details, which got annoying. The order did eventually go through, but then the email seemed to say something different from what I saw on the site, so that confused me even more. Overall, it was way more stressful than it should’ve been.

Grabbed a pair of sneakers from Slam Jam and, the sizing was spot on. I was overthinking it like an idiot because online sizing can be a total pain, but these fit exactly like my usual size. Delivery was fine too, no drama. Would definitely order again.

"Limited drops sell out way too fast"
I was really excited to try for a pair of limited sneakers, but the sizes were gone almost instantly. I get that limited drops are supposed to be hard to get, but this keeps happening so fast that it’s starting to feel pointless. it makes me trust the whole process a lot less.

"I had an issue with my order..."
I had an issue with my order and, to be fair, support did get back to me. But it ended up dragging on for days and I had to keep chasing things up, which was frustrating. It did get sorted eventually, but it felt like way more effort than it should’ve been. For the price, I expected a smoother experience.

I ended up ordering from Slam Jam mostly because the discount was better than what I was seeing on a few other sites. Some of the regular prices feel kind of high, but when they have a sale it seems like the markdowns are actually decent, not just a tiny few dollars off.
Checkout was easy enough and the total was clear, so there wasn’t any random surprise at the end or anything like that. I’d probably check their sale section again, especially for sneakers, jackets, that sort of thing.

I was half expecting some sketchy situation because you never know with shoes online anymore, but nope, they showed up legit and everything checked out. No weird surprises, no drama, just real shoes like I ordered. Wish every purchase was this straightforward.

I ordered from Slam Jam and the item itself was totally fine, but the packaging was disappointing... The box showed up a bit crushed and there was barely any protection inside. For the price, plus what I paid for shipping, I expected a little more care. Luckily nothing was damaged, but it still felt kind of careless

I paid on slamjam.com and the whole checkout was really smooth. The payment page loaded fast, didn’t freeze, and didn’t make me fill out any random extra info. My card payment was confirmed within a few seconds, and the confirmation email came through right away with the order details. It was just a clean, simple checkout process, exactly how it should be.
